About Stayref accounts
Stayref is developed by Ibtikx W.L.L.
Stayref does not require an account to use the app — your documents, notes, and scans are stored locally on your device. There is no central Stayref account database. This page explains how to delete your data and/or request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app.
Delete data yourself, right now (no request needed)
- Uninstall the Stayref app — this permanently deletes all documents, notes, scans, and settings stored on your device.
- In Settings → Cloud Sync → Disconnect, revoke Stayref’s access to your Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox / iCloud. This only removes Stayref’s access token — your files remain in your own cloud storage, under your control.
- You can also revoke Stayref’s access anytime from your Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox account security settings.
Request deletion of data held by us
- 1. Email support@ibtikx.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- 2. Include the email address you used with Stayref (e.g. the one used to sign in with Google/Microsoft/Dropbox/Apple, or to contact support) and your platform (Android or iOS).
- 3. We will process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your support ticket messages, attachments, and diagnostic info sent via the in-app support form or support@ibtikx.com.
- Any account identifiers linked to your cloud-sync connection.
What may be retained, and for how long
- Purchase/subscription transaction records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention compliance, retained per Apple/Google Play policy and applicable law (typically up to 7 years).
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics or crash data that cannot be tied back to you.
- Backups of support correspondence, kept up to 90 days for quality assurance, then permanently deleted.
Where your documents live
Stayref never stores your documents, notes, or scanned files on our servers — they stay on your device, and, if you enable cloud sync, in your own Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox / iCloud account.
